Michele Alfieri, M.S. Ed
Web Design |Course Developer| Instructional Designer | Educator

I am experienced in designing online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses with an emphasis on effective teaching methodologies and competent instruction. I am highly capable of working remotely, with over a decade of experience with distance work. I am experienced in web design technologies including coding HTML, CSS, and developing screen prototypes.

I have over 10 years experience doing course and instructional design work. In addition, I have over 10 years teaching higher education courses, online and face to face and 5 years grades 3-8.

I am a dedicated instructor and designer skilled in utilizing various learning methodologies and instructional theories, as well as integrating technology into the curricula to optimize student learning. I've worked as the solo designer in projects, as well as in teams. Teams have consisted of other company employeers, contractors, and outside vendors, such as textbook and education companies.

I not only bring my instructional design knowledge to the job, but I also have experience as an online instructor and most importantly, have been an online student. From this experience I can bring a unique skill set that allows me to approach instructional design from different viewpoints.
